Sacred Balance – Yoga and mindfulness retreat

In this body, mind and soul retreat we cultivate the sacred space of balance. Oscillating between doing and being, we explore different styles of yoga, meditation, time in silence and music. Space is limited to maximum 15 participants to honor the current rules.

During this three day body, mind and soul retreat with yoga & mindfulness we will dive deep into the experience of inner and outer balance. Oscillating between doing and being, we explore different styles of yoga: Ranging from sweaty Ashtanga Vinyasa inspired classes to gentle Hatha flow and relaxing Yin yoga practices. Enjoying some classes in serenity and stillness, others accompanied with live music or inviting you to join in, singing and chanting.

We will start each day, sitting in meditation and our yoga asana practice. Cultivating consciously more presence and sensitivity to enter the sacred space of balance. Having the opportunity on day two, to be in complete silence and use this special time in retreat to reflect, re-charge and deeply integrate the insights of each practice.

There will be equally time to connect to nature, to share and benefit from being immersed in a loving group setting. Using rituals, sitting and singing in circle to set powerful intentions. Anchoring a new energy in your life. No prior level of skill in yoga or singing is required. You are welcome to join, just as you are. Just open your heart & mind to new experiences and insights for a magical mini-retreat to unfold.

OUR SCHEDULE FOR THE RETREAT

Friday

  • 10:00am to 11.00am arriving for the Rapid TEST and check in
  • 12:30pm to 13.30pm Welcome circle and Lunch
  • Free time
  • 3.15pm Tea time
  • 3:30pm Opening ceremony – including meditation and 90 mins yoga class
  • 6:00pm Dinner
  • 8:00pm Sharing circle & chanting meditation – Introducing time in silence

Saturday (day in silence until dinner)

  • 6.15am Tea time (optional)
  • 6.30am Mindfulness walk and guided meditation in nature
  • 7.45am Gentle morning yoga flow
  • 9.00am Breakfast
  • Free time
  • 11.00pm Mindful movement and meditation in the pool
  • Free time
  • 1.30pm Lunch
  • Free time
  • 3.00pm Tea time
  • 3.30pm Forgiveness meditation
  • 4.00pm Yin yoga practice with live music
  • Lifting the silence
  • Free time
  • 6.00pm Candlelight dinner
  • 7.30pm Bhakti music night – singing and sharing circle

Sunday

  • 6.30am Tea time (optional)
  • 7.00am Silent sitting – morning meditation session
  • 7.30am Om Chanting
  • 8.00am Yoga surprise
  • 9.15pm Breakfast
  • Free time
  • 11.00am Closing circle
  • 1.00 am Lunch and check out
